2. Services

We sell digital fitness programs and print-on-demand apparel.

3. Refunds

• Digital Products (Workout Plans): Non-refundable once downloaded/accessed. Exceptions: Defective files or legal requirements.
• Physical Products (Shirts): Return within 14 days if defective, wrong size, or unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we messed up. Customized items are final sale.

4. User Rules

• You’re 16+ (or 13+ with parental consent).
• Don’t steal our workouts or share logins.

5. Liability

Workouts are informational. Consult a doctor. We’re not liable for injuries.

6. GDPR Rights

EU users can request data access/deletion by emailing hello@stfuandpush.com.
